HubSpot is my favorite CMS—it's robust, complete, and does a great job of hiding the technical complexity from users. But it’s also expensive.
Wagtail is open-source and free. It's Django-based, easy to customize, and integrates cleanly into any project. There’s no plugin marketplace and very few out-of-the-box features—because it’s built for developers. That means every feature must be integrated manually.
The upside? You get exactly what you want in your CMS—nothing more, nothing less.
If you need app functionality alongside your brochure content, Wagtail is an excellent choice.
